Saturday afternoon update - mixed results

Summary

As of Saturday afternoon, the storm is winding down for many mountains, and snow accumulations during the day ranged from 3-12 inches. A few areas did see the significant totals that we were hoping for, though many spots came in under the forecast, and I'll discuss why this may have occurred.
